Gearing up for major projects

The Shift is for Senior Leaders in museums, the culture sector and a wide range of social impact organisations who are entering into a phase of significant change.

The success of transformational projects such as new buildings, major new initiatives and capital fundraising campaigns relies on making the shift from business as usual to a whole new way of thinking.  This can be exciting and challenging. The Shift will steer you in the right direction as you gear up for change.

Our Purpose

The Shift comes out of a fascination with big projects and how they can transform organisations. The change required to embrace longer time frames, larger numbers, and periods of uncertainty can be hard for organisations to navigate, but this is also the moment to unlock tremendous potential.

Our particular focus is funding and fundraising. A clear fundraising strategy can help put shape on a whole project, encouraging you to think about momentum, purpose and building credibility right from the outset.

Helping you make the shift
